Tim’s mission is developing leaders to be change agents who transform their organizations. He, firmly, believes one person can be the catalyst to drive organizational and cultural change. For nearly 25 years, he has dedicated his career to assisting leaders “to be the change they wish to see in the world.” He has worked in a multitude of industries and has extensive knowledge of telecomm, health care, big pharma, high tech, and heavy equipment. This has provided him the ability to communicate with leaders to create their own personal development plans wherever they are on their leadership journey.
