Dr. Ranjeet Deshmukh
Ranjeet started his career with IBM Global Services as part of their knowledge management division, making a big impact on their client engagements through the re-use of intellectual capital. Soon after, he had the opportunity to work on HP’s global asset consolidation initiative that was kicked off after the merger of HP and Compaq. As the European Product Manager, Ranjeet worked between teams in US, Europe and India for the successful development of a global content management platform.
Ranjeet then moved on to work with TeachForAmerica overseeing the development of several enterprise wide technology systems whilst managing their Solutions and Delivery team. After overseeing the development of several enterprise-wide Technology systems, Ranjeet then moved on to work with Crossmatch working in biometrics with state and government agencies.
After the successful acquisition by HID Global, Ranjeet worked in Fintech with BHG driving their Agile transformation efforts whilst helping them launch new products and services. For the past year, Ranjeet has been involved in Agile consulting helping their client Tenerity with their modernization initiative. He has also been involved in developing upskilling programs, university partnerships and Machine Learning / AI initiatives within his organization.
Ranjeet serves on the advisory committee for the FAU School of international business and has always had a strong passion for education and entrepreneurship. He has been involved with multiple start up incubators at FIU and FAU. In addition to his Agile certifications, he holds multiple masters in technology and business and a doctorate in business administration. He has published papers in innovation and strongly believes that our progress lies at the intersection of education and practical application of theory in industry.
