Raman, President and CEO, has been leading SEP, a software product design and developmen company since becoming President in 2015.
Background and Education
Raman joined SEP in 1993 after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
Working at SEP
Over the course of three decades, Raman climbed the ranks inside SEP: starting as an engineer, next a manager, then advancing to Vice President before his current role as President and CEO. Along the way, he helped create new products and systems in industries as varied as Automotive, Medical, Pharmaceuticals, and Aerospace.
Raman has helped create and execute several different types of growth at SEP, including service offerings, recruiting, career paths, training, and several internal advancement and development systems.

Raman is an active member of the community.

Raman and his wife, Julie, live in Fishers and share three children.
