As a transformation leader at Citi I work with other coaches across the company to advance an Agile mindset and collaborate to innovate and improve our processes. I have over 15 years of experience in Agile and Lean coaching, consulting, and training, working with various clients and industries, including DTCC, IBM, and Wells Fargo.

My mission is to help organizations adopt and scale Agile and Lean principles and practices across their value streams, leveraging my certifications in SAFe, Scrum, and IT Governance. I have coached and educated hundreds of executives, managers, teams, and individuals on how to apply Agile and Lean methods, such as design thinking, value stream mapping, prioritization, and continuous improvement, to deliver value to their customers and stakeholders. I have also facilitated numerous strategy, discovery, and planning sessions, using data-driven and collaborative approaches, to align the vision, goals, and roadmap of the organization.
