My journey across the globe has given me the unique opportunity to engage with diverse cultures and develop a deep appreciation for inclusivity and connection. As an extrovert, I naturally embrace change and thrive in dynamic, people-driven environments.

Straight out of college, I leaped into a career in HR and did not look back for a while. I discovered a passion for helping organizations identify and onboard the right talent across both technical and non-technical domains. My focus has always been on building high-performing teams aligned with business goals and culture.

After moving to the U.S., I extended my passion for people into the community. I connected with families from my ethnic background, helping children learn their native language, designing syllabi, and mentoring teachers in effective learning strategies. I also led efforts to preserve cultural heritage through social and cultural events, many of which I organized, hosted, and emceed.

I strongly believe in giving back. Through volunteering with multiple non-profits, I’ve mentored teams, developed strategic programs, and supported grassroots leadership.

In my current role, I lead community development with an operational mindset, driving engagement through events, workshops, and thought-leadership initiatives, while closely collaborating with product, marketing, operations and partnerships.

I’m always open to meaningful connections and conversations about building communities, developing teams, and creating inclusive, high-impact environments.
