Regina Batista is a Strategic Leader with experience implementing Technology & Business Transformations. In the last 5 years, she has been an Enterprise Agile Coach, Agile Trainer/Consultant, and has successfully helped organizations transform to Agile. Building High Performing Teams with an Agile Mindset.  

With over 20 years of PMO, Portfolio, Program, Project management, and IT Consulting expertise.

Certifications include RTE, ICP-ACC, ICP-ATF, SPC, CSM, CSPO, PMP, CAL-E, ICP-ATF, ICP-ACC, Six Sigma Green Belt, KMP I.

Regina is an active member of the South Florida PMI (SFPMI), South Florida Agile Association (SFAA), and serves as a mentor for the IT Women Organization.

As a trainer, Regina has trained and certified 500+ students. She is a supportive facilitator who dedicates time to solving each trainee’s inquiries and doubts. Her training techniques include teaching from the back of the room, facilitating interactive real-world discussions and exercises as well as focusing on group dynamics and post-training sessions which provide students with a wider concept of the Agile mindset and best practices.
