Mark Bentsen

In 2015, Mark became part the Advanced Research Center for Software Testing and Quality Assurance at the University of Texas in Dallas (UTD). Mark presents on QA leadership, KPIs, and root cause analysis in local, national, and international software conferences. Mark is a CTAL (Full) of the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and PMP. Mark and his wife Melissa of 22 years live in Dallas, Texas and have two teenagers that help them maintain a continuous learning mindset.
